1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph35.com are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: ph35.com supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as listed on the Platform's cashier page. Available methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits are generally credited to your ph35.com account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. ph35.com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

8 Account Suspension & Termination

ph35.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandating account closure.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
